All you need to know so you can YEEP! like a pro.

Collect your parcel from your chosen YEEP! locker at a time that works for you. When you arrive at the locker press the Wake Up button and wait for the scanner to light up. Enter the PIN code or scan the barcode / QR code you have been sent. Your door will open, collect your parcel and close the door.

Our carrier partners will determine the actual way you can interact with our YEEP! lockers and will communicate this to you as part of the returns process, but there are 2 simple ways of doing this.

 

1. If you do not need to use the App

Attach your address labels to your parcel.
When you arrive at the locker press the Wake UP button and wait for the scanner to light up. Scan the barcode / QR on your parcel. Your door will open, place your parcel inside and close the door.

If you need a large door, close the door, and select the desired locker size on the keypad.

 

2. Using the YEEP! App

Attach your address labels to your parcel.

Using the YEEP! App, scan the barcode / QR code, click to add your parcel and select your preferred YEEP! locker.

At the locker, open the YEEP! App, rescan your barcode / QR code and the locker will immediately recognise your device via Bluetooth.

Your door will open, place your parcel inside and close the door.

If you need a large door, close the door, and select the desired locker size on the keypad.

The lockers are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

YEEP! lockers are a self-service postal box made up of different sized lockers that can be used to receive and return parcels. They are an easy and convenient out-of-home delivery option that will help your city reduce pollution and traffic. Multiple delivery companies are able to use the locker.

All retailers that use parcel carriers integrated into the YEEP! network can deliver to the lockers.

Your parcel carrier will keep you informed of your parcel progress as they would normally.

Yes, YEEP! lockers are available to use by any local business utilising a YEEP! integrated carrier.

When selecting YEEP! as a delivery destination you will be able to select ‘restricted access’ this will restrict the lockers used to the middle section of the locker bank.

YEEP! lockers are designed for parcels up to a maximum weight of 20kg, and there are four locker size options to choose from.
