You must use the YEEP! app to return or send a parcel if UPS is the courier. You do not need to use the YEEP! app to collect a parcel.
For all other couriers follow the instructions on the locker and use the keypad.
If you’re using the App then check that your Smart Phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
If you’re not using App and the locker doesn’t open contact our Customer Services team on 01905 827689

UPS insist that all customers return or send their using the YEEP! App. So, attach your address labels to your parcel, scan the barcode / QR code, click to add your parcel and select your preferred YEEP! locker. At the locker, open the App, rescan your barcode / QR code and the locker will immediately recognise your device via Bluetooth. Your door will open, place your parcel inside and close the door.
If you are using the YEP! App to return your parcel, the locker recognises your parcel and device using Bluetooth, if it’s not turned on the locker cannot recognise your device. Swipe down from the top of your mobile screen to turn it on.
If you’re having issues scanning your barcode, you can enter the 16-digit barcode manually using the keypad. If this still doesn’t work, or you’re experiencing any other issues, help is available from our customer services team on 01905 827689.
