You may need to use the YEEP! App to return parcels, check with your carrier.

You do not need to use the YEEP! App to collect a parcel.

If you’re using the App then check that your Smart Phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.

If you’re not using App and the locker doesn’t open contact our Customer Services team – helpdesk@yeeplockers.com 

Please contact your parcel carrier’s customer services.

If you notice an issue with one of our YEEP! lockers contact our Customer Services team – helpdesk@yeeplockers.com 

If you are using the YEEP! App to return your parcel, the locker recognises your parcel and device using Bluetooth, if it’s not turned on the YEEP! locker cannot recognise your device. Swipe down from the top of your mobile screen to turn it on.

If the scanner is not flashing, please contact helpdesk@yeeplockers.com. If the scanner is flashing but you are unable to scan your barcode, please contact your carrier.
